The World's Tallest Woman

Contributed by Milt Oglesby and Gerald McEathron
Story written by Rick Archer, June 2006

Back in May 2006 I got an email from Milt and Gerald  that asked this:  What does a 320 pound woman look like?

After asking this intriguing question, I saw the email contained a pictorial answer to the question.  I decided to share the pictures with you.  However, before you look at some pretty interesting pictures, try to get a mental image of what you think a woman who weighs 320 looks like....

Got the image fixed in your mind?

Okay then, here goes.

It's time to scroll down.

Here she is.  Not bad, huh!

Not exactly what you were expecting, was it??!!

According to the email I received, this voluptuous goddess lives in Holland.  She claims to be the tallest and biggest woman in the world

She is 7'4" and weighs 320.

Now we talking about a serious Babe, yes?  No?

Her good looks and amazing chest alone are enough to stir most red-blooded males to develop a real enthusiasm for tall women.

Want to see some more?

Here is another picture that was in the email.

Funny that you can't see her face.  For those who don't me, I am suspicous of EVERY PICTURE I receive via the Internet.

I thought I would check the story out with the Urban Legend people. Sure enough, there is something fishy going on.

Sorry to say, as usual, you can't trust ANYTHING you get in email these days.

Don't you get tired of hearing me say the same thing?

After all, on practically half of all the SSQQ Joke Pictures, I end up saying the whole thing is nonsense.

Here is what I found out.  After researching two different Urban Legend web sites, I discovered the woman leaning forward in the picture above is named Heather Greene.

However, the first picture, the mouth-watering photo of the Amazon with the huge chest, is a complete fake.  It is of unknown origin and shows signs of being digitally edited to make the blonde on the left look unnaturally tall.

The second picture above with Heather leaning forward is probably legit.  According to the Urban Legend web sites, you can find this same picture at HeatherHaven.com. Or just type "heatherhaven" into google and see what you get.

I visit
the Web site of a real, live woman who calls herself Heather and claims to stand 6 feet 5-1/2 inches tall in her bare feet and over 7 feet tall in heels.

It turns out Heather is not from Holland. She actually lives in Las Vegas.  Nor is she really the tallest woman in the world. That distinction belongs to 7-foot 7-1/4-inch Sandy Allen of Indiana, according to The Guinness Book of World Records.

Still, at 6 1/2 feet, the real Heather is not exactly short either.

Now for two more pictures:

The picture on the left depicts Allison Hayes, a Playboy centerfold from the Fifties, as she attacks the world.

That's Darryl Hannah on the right in a picture from the 1993 remake.

Obviously lots of people find tall women fascinating.

But I had a lot of trouble connecting the original picture with the other three.  It seemed to me that the three Heather pictures didn't match the original picture.

So I decided to take one more look at the original picture and compare it to other three pictures.

The tall woman pictured at right is beautiful along the lines of Darryl Hannah, star of the 50 Foot Tall Woman remake.

Now go look at the other three pictures.  In these 3 pictures, the tall woman has so much hair covering her face I have trouble comparing the four pictures.

Furthermore, that is a pretty amazing chest in the target picture complete with a narrow waist.   Yet the woman in the other three pictures has no waist to speak of. The woman at the right is considerably more curved than Heather Greene.

I really doubt it's the same woman.  I took a closer look at the snapshot of the Amazon on the right.  Notice the lines don't match. I think you will agree this proves this picture was digitally altered.  Probably the tall woman was cropped out, enlarged, and put back in.

Hmm.  You just can't believe anything anymore, can you?  Next thing you know people are going to say the Loch Ness Monster and Big Foot aren't real either.

One more thing. I wouldn't bother visiting "heatherhaven.com".  The site says the following below:

The Heather Haven WEB site is no longer Active but you can now download Video Clips from her various Amazon Videos at http://clips4sale.com/store.pl?1982

You don't suppose Heather started that email chain deliberately, do you?   Just another tall girl trying to make a buck.

(2007 Note: Heather's web site was back up again.)
