This map is part of the SSQQ Lease.  I have modified it to help explain the problem. You can see this map in its original form on Page 15.

The part of the Lease which deals with the Parking Lot can be found on Page 5.

The question is whether the landlord has the legal right to remove parking space from its tenants.

Don't forget that the part of the Red Area labeled "Chestnut" is owned by the City of Bellaire.

In the event that extra parking is required by the hospital in the evening hours, please note the "Grey Area" owned by the Surgical Center would provide an excellent place for staff and visitors to park.
